Feb. 11th, 2006 01:03 amHmm, it seems in comparison to my friends my night was rather 'blah', but I enjoyed it.
Improv this morning was raunchie but hilarious. I had them go through scenarios, you know "You're beach bums begging for quarters, you're models at a catwalk" that kind of thing. It seemed that ever scenario had someone either humping someone else or killing them. To test the extremes I had them be soldiers in WWII and then bunnies in a field of clover. I should have seen it coming, ten of my twenty three students (I kid you not) all started dry humping each other in one long line of horny bunnies, I laughed so hard I nearly fell down.
I sat and talked with Billy at lunch and Squid after school, today seemed to be my laid back casual chat day. I am uber flattered by how my students take to my class. Squid said he loves seeing me at Improv every day because every day I'm different, and because I'm different the class is unpredictable. My students are always early and they always leave late for their next class.
I got together with Sariah and Savannah tonight, we went to go see Aladdin. All day I kept saying to myself "you're going to see her not her lips", I was worried all I'd do was make out with her and we'd never talk. I was worried over nothing. She didn't even try to kiss me once all night. She is really shy in public and around me but she steadfastly refuses to make a fool of herself where others can see her. During the play we held hands and whispered to each other. Afterward I walked around and hugged the cast, since I had Sariah attached to my arm it was kinda awkward. But I managed to introduce her to Tony, Ian, Ernie, and Duncan.
The play itself went really well, I'm going tomorrow to help with all the sets and everything, I felt a part of the audience tonight, cut off from my theater friends.
We went to Parachutes after and I felt tired and awkward. I don't do well in large crowds of strangers. What was worse was this boy, who clearly had the hots for Sariah joined us. There is this odd feeling between us, like we're just friends instead of dating. She drew Savannah aside and talked to her (Savannah told me minutes later roughly how it went was - Sar:What do I do? I like her and him? What should I do? Sav: Well he's 15 and you already went through it once with him. You'll see her more and she'll probably treat you better.) I did feel a little sad when I saw them together, they are ex-es and she was more comfortable touching him than me. It's so strange, I keep getting more physical affection from Savannah than Sariah.
After Parachutes (and we didn't stay long, it was getting late and this little 14 year old was hitting on Sariah so blatantly, and badly I might add, that I was so tempted to kick him in the nuts my leg kept jerking of its own accord) we went to their "brother's and sister's place". They don't really look anything alike and I got the buzz that bro and sis are a little more than that to each other, but what do I know?
I took them home precisely on time, I came in only long enough to pet the dogs and say hello to their mother. Sariah showed me out, we hugged.
Me: Are you sure you want to date me? Cause this feels more like friendship than anything.
Sariah: Yeah, I am. I'm just not comfortable with you yet.
*Hugs*
Me: May I kiss you? *quick glance to the door to make sure no ones coming*
Sariah: *nod*
Just as I was getting into it she broke off and I went home. It was awkward, but pleasant and it ended well so all badness was erased. I would have had more fun at the cast party but I wouldn't have been with Sariah and she was why I came out tonight. So I'm happy. Love and Fuzz ~J
